One of the clips that holds the brake line to the walker was broken out of the box. Carex Customer Service said that part is not available for replacement.
This unit is not as powerful as the one my physical therapist uses in his office. I wish it was because I was disappointed with the results of this unit.
I am very satisfied with my new cane. The only problem I had was getting the recess buttons in far enough to be able to move the handle up or down to adjust the length. It took two people to get this done.
The device functions however I do not notice a difference in my pain or inflammation.
