Bought this unit because I had total knee replacement surgery. This units is more powerful than therapists unit. They had their unit set to max & I hardly felt a tingle, meanwhile, I had this unit set at 2, & anymore then that would’ve probably been uncomfortable.
It is a bit difficult to set and you have to reset it each time you use it which is a little annoying but not bad. It desperately needs to have a backlit screen unless you can turn on at night.
To set the pulse patterns and so on and so forth is more than a little complicated as the instruction manual is extremely weak in this area.
I bought this unit my hip replacement in December 2025. I did not want the medications they prescribed for pain, the brain fog, stomach upset, bowel stoppage. I have been able to keep up the pain using this piece of equipment and have no side effects to deal with. This is truly an amazing device.
I purchased this item it help with neuropathy in my legs and feet as it tends to be worse at night ... have only used it 5 days but I feel like im getting some relief.
The physical therapy place I have been going to uses this Tens unit. I need to start doing my exercises at home so I asked my pt to show me which one they use. Went on Amazon ordered it yesterday and got it today. Works great. Easy to understand how to use it. I would recommend this unit to who ever needs it. Comes in a neat case so everything is where I need it to be.
