This rechargeable unit works. The control interface is not intuitive and the manual does not explain the modes well. The settings do not go along with my physical therapist’s setting choices.

I had a component failure that affected the charging process of my TENS7000. After several failures and attempted fixes, nothing changed. At this point it was decided I did fall into the category of warranty coverage. I have to give customer service personnel a 5+ rating.
