I had a component failure that affected the charging process of my TENS7000. After several failures and attempted fixes, nothing changed. At this point it was decided I did fall into the category of warranty coverage. I have to give customer service personnel a 5+ rating.

I'm still in the learning stage, but I am disappointed that you did not supply step by step setting instructions. I finally got some results today by randomly pushing buttons. The picture of the unit did not even match the unit I bought. How many times a day should a new user use this thing. I think I got the beginner setting set and ran it for an hour. Should I do it again today or wait until tomorrow?
