Returns Policy

We want you to feel good about buying from TENS 7000 — that includes knowing exactly what happens if something isn't right. No restocking fees, no hidden steps. Here's how it works.

How Long You Have

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund.


Condition for Return

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused condition where applicable, and free of damage not related to a defect or shipping issue.


Shipping

  • Cost: Orders $99 and under ship for a flat $7.95. Orders over $99 ship free.

  • Where we ship: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We're not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.

  • PO Boxes: We're not able to ship to PO boxes — a physical street address is required.


Return Shipping

  • Change of mind returns: We'll email you a return shipping label to make the process easy. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Defective or damaged products: We'll make it right at no cost to you.


If Your Order Arrived Damaged or Defective

Please report damage or defects within 5 days of delivery, along with photos of the product and/or packaging. This helps us resolve it quickly and get you a replacement or refund without delay. Claims reported after 5 days may not be eligible.


How to Start a Return

Email support@TENS7000.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm eligibility and send you next steps, including a prepaid label if applicable.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model? We process exchanges as a return plus a new order, so you're not waiting on the returned item to arrive before your replacement ships. Start a return and place your new order whenever you're ready.


What Can't Be Returned

  • Items outside the 30-day window

  • Items missing original packaging or in altered condition

  • Items purchased through a third-party retailer instead of directly from TENS7000.com

How long does my refund take once you receive the item? Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process it. After that, the time it takes to see the refund reflected can vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
