We bought the unit at the recommendation of my physical therapist. I took it to her to get her input on what mode to use for my injury. They used it at that time, my wife used it that afternoon and we both think it is one of the best purchases that we have made!!

This review is for both the unit and the company's customer service call center.
I ordered it for help with a cervical pinched nerve. The unit is lightweight and has a handy carrying case. I brought it to physical therapy so my therapist could help me set it up for my treatment needs and show me where to place the pads for the best effect.
While we were setting it up we realized that one of the wires was not working but we managed a work around to use while I contacted the company.
After a short wait time I was able to speak to an actual person who was extremely helpful and is sending me a set of replacement wires for my unit.
So far so good, easy to operate. Maybe include more TENS pads. My hip pain is getting better.
I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of operation, and intensity of massage. This was a great choice.
This was recommended to me by my daughter. She’s used one for quite a while.
So far I’m happy with it.
I received it as a gift I’m 65 years and hurt all over I used this before and now I have one . Love it when I’m done with my day I put it on and watch tv it’s easy to use nice case to keep it in and makes my shoulders feel so much better even let my daughter use it , one of my best gifts yet
Big fan of electrical stimulation and research indicated TENS delivers best result. Experience so far supports that conclusion.
Other than at a PT office, I've never used one till today. Spent 3 days hunched over, back spasms and in pain. Spent 45 minutes with this and I can stand up straight again.
Love these machines however my new one has a beeping sound when it turns off which means I can't use it when I go to sleep. Don't need a beep we know when it stops it's stopped.
Unfortunately, we never had a chance to try TENS 7000…because the package was stolen before we could collect it from the stoop.

Great little unit! Never having used one, I wasn't sure where to place the pads for the greatest relief but your descriptive flyer helped. If you could also enclose the information you send on your daily updates, that would be even more helpful as it would be available sooner.
It has helped alleviate sciatica, thank goodness! What a relief!

Device works fine but took over month a to get only after emailing twice to check on ETA. When ordered predicted arrival was in 4 days , 3 weeks later emailed to check and was told unit was back ordered would ship following week, 1 weeks later emailed again to check and next day received shipping confirmation and unit arrived 4 days later. Received zero communication from seller unless I emailed asking.
I love my TENS unit as it certainly helping my back and when some of the electrodes quit sticking I ordered a new pack and they arrived quickly and work effectively! I now have an ample supply so I don’t run out as I use my unit when I am walking and doing other working out exercises!
