Bought this after my therapist used this model on my arm. I had purchased a cheaper one prior and thus one beats it by miles as far as ease of use and clear directions. Easy to set up and love that it holds your choices in memory. It has a nice carrying case that holds cords and pads also. Very happy with the TENS 7000.
