On the advice of my son, we purchased a unit 3 years ago in order to have one if needed. That day finally came and worked for about 3 days before it quit. Customer service was great and even though out of warranty sent me an updated courtesy replacement unit. Pain is substantially eliminated while using the TENS unit and for a period of time afterwards. Were using it several times a day to provide relief from the back pain.
This machine does the job. I had a shoulder replacement and the physical therapy lady told me to order this product. The price was great. I thought i needed a expensive one. I was wrong this machine works on me likes it was very expensive. A great job who made this little great machine. Erin
The device does what it is supposed to with ease of use. I just wish these were available with a stronger pulse strength.
I am happy with my tens 7000 device which I purchased while having therapy fir rotator cuff tears. The therapist has been using the same device and has helped me tremendously. Do he recommended I buy one and he went ahead to set it up according to my therapy needs. We used mine at his session one time to see and shiw me the use. I’m very happy, thank you… I have not checked how many pads was included in the package, some say 4 and others say 24…..
Just making sure to have back ups before holidays when deliveries become questionable
