This product works so well, I love that there are so many things that can be adjusted for pain relief. The product is well made.
My case did get damaged during shipping and I have emailed the company about that but no response yet as I just emailed them. The TENS unit itself was not damaged and i immediately began using it. Very satisfied with this product so much that we are ordering another one for my husband.
I've used it 3 times now and it really helps the pain in my shoulders for a while.
I had a x-ray last week and I have Osteoarthritis. I will continue to use the Tens 7000 every day as needed along with having therapy.
This is my second TENS unit and this one is much more powerful than my last. I really like the different modes and actually appreciate the informative emails on how to use the device the best - which I thought was going to be SPAMMY at first. Very happy with my purchase.
Well I've only used it twice so far but am definitely happy with its functionality and power, but I do wish it was rechargeable!

Just bought my TENS unit from Amazon and it got here. I opened it up. It's missing a set of leads and one tens pad. I only have three pads and one set of leads so it's missing some equipment. Check your stuff first when it arrives and make sure you register which I'm going to do just after I leave this review. I wouldn't give it four stars because it's missing stuff and for something it's brand new coming from the factory. I think somebody stuck their hands or missed the mark and went to lunch when this was coming through. In either event, I'm going to file for missing parts and we'll see how long it takes them. Also, I can't leave a photo because I pressed the picture video optional button on the menu and nothing happens. So I'm going to leave this review on Amazon. We'll see again what happens.
I just used the unit on my shoulder for about 5 minutes, for the first time.
Afterwards, I raised my arm up to the ceiling. I haven't been able to raise it any higher than just above straight out to the side,for years. I have no idea how one treatment could accomplish this, but, wow, I'm a believer.
The unit arrived on time and was packed well. I charged it and connected it as my doctor directed and increased the signal strength but was disappointed to learn it was very weak and did not work my muscles properly.
The TENS7000 is a very solid device. It works well and will provide a lot of relief for me. Well done 👍🏾.
I had an older TENS unit by a different manufacturer that I did use for quite a while. When it finally died, I began my search for a new unit. I went online and did my research. Your TENS 7000 unit fit everything I was looking for! It is rechargeable, has both TENS and EMS modes, and accommodates single and dual channels. I am very pleased with your new unit and have already been using it almost every day! I highly recommend your unit to everyone who is interested in pain relief!

The purchase process for new TENS7000 electrodes was very confusing. I had to enter the same credit card information twice, and I still don't know if the order went through. The whole process was misleading, and I came away with a bad taste in my mouth because of it. Your company needs to look at how your customers see your order process instead of how yoy see it.
I really liked mine so I got another one for a gift.

I’ve just started using my TENS 7000 and it did reduce my shoulder pain. Looks like a well built device. I’m a little confused by the multiple settings in trying to figure out which is best for me, but will have to experiment using the cheat sheet suggestions

I just discovered it is crazy hard getting the clear gooey gel off of the blue plastic cover. It does not work the same as my regular TENS 7000 device’s pads and makes it very hard because the stickiness does not easily leave the protective blue plastic without the sticky super thin pad a useless ball…CRAZY AND I don’t like being pressured to give a review. While you say I purchased 17 days ago my daughter’s cycle just came on Sept 2, 2025 so that’s when I start trying to use it! Also, this should have had a 1-2 hour cycle It seemed to last for only 20 minutes 😡
