I feel like I was scammed. I have endometriosis & I timed my order of this unit so that it could provide relief for my cycle. I had used a 20% off discount & bought it with birthday money. However, a week went by & I still did not receive any shipping notification or tracking updates. I emailed customer service & was given some vague reasons why there are shipping delays (as if should know what their “Compass integration” is & as if that solves things). I was told my order would be shipped “in a few weeks”. So…2 weeks? 4 weeks? 7 weeks? I emailed back & forth trying to find out when I could get a shipping update, if I could get more specifics, & if I could get a partial refund to compensate for this trouble that is not my fault. Meanwhile due to the delay I had to go through another cycle of agony without the relief I had been planning on. I was told that I could cancel my order & reorder it (full price) on Amazon…yet Amazon doesn’t carry this specific unit. All the emails I received from customer service (including the supervisor) were unprofessional, sounding more like an apathetic teenager texting their mom than a respectful & helpful customer service rep. After 10 emails, I was told that they cannot offer any specific dates for the shipping & they cannot give a common courtesy partial refund. The only thing they offered was 20% off a future purchase - after completely breaking my trust as a customer. No, I will not be purchasing from this company again. It’s now been 13 days since I ordered & there’s still no clear shipping update. I hope the product in the end is worth all this grief…If I ever get it.

I just had a Total Knee Replacement and this TENS 7000 is giving me a great comfort with the very acute and painful after my surgery!!
Half the unit doesn’t work, right out of the box and when I called the company, they said they’d send a replacement. That was two weeks ago and nothing from them in writing and no replacement. Rather unimpressed with the product and most unimpressed with customer service.
I like these electrodes because the stick well and don’t irritate my skin. However the wire comes out of the electrodes too easily. I will continue using them.
It’s ok. Only had the chance to use it one time so not sure how it will hold up over time. They did not ship until I contacted customer service and they didn’t send me a pad holder.
Found instant relief after my first treatment. I have a muscle knot in my lower back area. My family doctor recommended purchasing this product. Glad I made the decision to make the purchase. I'm able to seek relief after each treatment. I strongly recommend this product for anyone suffering from any body aches and pains.
This is very easy to use, and it is well worth the money. I will tell all my friends about the Tense product.

Works! Less migraines using it daily and the few I have gotten the acute setting brought down the intensity.
I have only started using this, but this has helped me tremendously and I really wish I would I would have gotten my hands on this sooner. Easy to use instructions and setup. Having it portable like this is wonderful! I will post another once I've used it longer?
I am still learning to use the unit. I hope that future versions make this more accessible to the blind. For example, when selecting the mode, it would be helpful if there was a different tone for each mode so that you have an easier way of determining which mode is currently selected.
When my physical therapist said to get a tens unit I was skeptical. The tens 7000 is amazing and works to fight my back pain. So glad to have bought this
So far I am very pleased. I'm getting the hang of the different functions. The only negative so far is the awkwardness of the dials at the top for turning it on and regulating the power level.I find them hard to access in that tiny space.
I have the original TENS 7000. Unless you searched the web for different therapeutic settings, you didn't have much to go by. The Sports Recovery version solved that with a huge variety of settings. Only thing missing is how to use them. Through trial and error, I did find those that work for me.
Did not work on my Neuropathy
I’ve only had my tens 7000 a few days, but I am very pleased with it! It seems to be easy to use and understand the rationale behind the concept! At present, I’m using it three times a day, 30 minutes each session, for lower back pain as requested by my back doctor and things seem to be better. My only question is the instruction manual does not give good reference as to settings regarding pulse rate and width and I’m confused as to what I should be on for my particular pain. Maybe you could come up with a chart that shows the settings such as 161 2050, etc. so we can get optimum usage.
These pads are amazing. The stickiness lasts for such a long time, at least 3x longer than other pads I’ve tried. Highly recommend.

I have used a couple of times for my back I have been going to PT a while and they use one on my back. I have noticed relief this past week and do think it will work for me with long term use. I am completely satisfied.
