I had previous back surgery in December 2021. The relief provided did not last very long and I had problems with not only pain but still not being able to stand up straight. I had more substantial lumbar revision surgery in December 2025 with Dr. BYDON. in Chicago. I am now able to stand up straight but being 77 years old, and the human body not being perfect, I still had a dull ache in that lower central lumbar region. I’m about two or 3 in.² standing for any period of time. Much less walking any distance remained a formidable and painful challenge. I was just introduced to the TENS 7000 Spinal Stimulater. It has been more than a “Game Changer”. It has literally, given me a new lease on life. This tiny device sends electrical signals up through your spinal column which blocks the pain messages to your brain. The simple effect of that is that I can stand up straight and erect with no pain and I can walk considerable distances. This has been an utterly and delightful improvement to my life I was not aware that this device even existed until it was suggested to me by a physical therapist, to whom I owe a great debt of thanks. If you have similar back pain, then I absolutely urge you to look into and consider and test this device as I did. I have zero connection to this company nor do I have any sort of financial interest in it, other than hoping for its continued success and survival in helping other patients like me, with similar back issues. Not to mention that this is a very inexpensive device, and if you do not look into it, then you are your own worst enemy.

I like this TENS unit I like the product very effective. By the look of the site it looks like they have a upgrade I would like to try . I would recommend this to anyone.
The unit seems terrific. The lead that is rechargeable love the controls on it. This is my fourth or fifth 10th unit over my life my latest one obviously and this one seems to be far the best and and I’m looking forward to continual use.
Pleasantly surprised with the abdominal pain relief. Although I am past the age of having menstrual cycles, I do suffer with surgical scar tissue pain. Although it was not recommended, I decided it was worth the experiment. I had a hysterectomy then later bladder surgery that via the abdomen. I've been dealing with pain for about 10 years.
This has made a HUGE difference in my pain.
At first I used every day upon waking then again in the evening after coming in from working in the garden. For a few weeks this was my resolve. I could go to sleep without pain and no longer need a heat pack. I now use it a couple times a week, more so if I am doing a lot of lifting and pulling things about, or if I twist causing a spasm.
Benefits: The warmth helps calm the area. Not too much, just enough. The therapy, which I can control of how much is best. I turn up to where I can handle the intensity, yet if I go up one too far, I can easily reduce it.
The 20 min cycle is sufficient. Although it feels great, I don't find it necessary to restart it. Although, the first few days, I did use it a 2nd time, after giving it an hour for my body to rest.
This has reduced my bladder spasms as well.
Also, if I need to move, I'm not hooked up to wires, as it stays in place
The only negative I have for this unit is that the pads are a bit sticky. When they first arrived, and I ordered more so that I don't run out without the opportunity to order more. I called customer service who were new to this product, yet they guided me in how to remove the 2nd side of the adhesive cover. I leave them in place until the part that I use against my skin no longer adheres. I do wish it was similar to my other Ten unit pads, but I don't think those would stay in place, more so if I am walking about.
A product meant for cramping, is being used (although not recommended by the company) for scar tissue relief and reduction for bladder spasms.

There is so little instructions as to settings that I'm not sure how to really use it.

This is probably premature as I’ve only just started with it and used it once. But it’s fairly simple to operate and is effective.
This is a great unit! It works wonders on my neuropathy in my feet and it has also helped the RLS and edema in my legs. Highly recommended.
I’m 73 years old and this product is fantastic. Easy to use and does it all for me!!
I love the way I can control every parameter. But I would like to see a backlight for operating in the dark. I would also like to see a battery monitor. If it had these two features, I would give it 5 stars

I bought the TENS 7000 DT7304 upon the recommendation of my chiropractor. The device has been great with my various joint pains. I have applied it to my shoulder, elbow, knee and hand with very good results. I like the DT7304 because it is dual channel, easy to set up and use. Highly recommended!
A super tool to manage pain while assisting blood flow in the affected muscles. Safe, effective & user friendly.

The unit may well have some value, and potential. But given the poor instructions, I’ll likely never know. There needs to be more information than simply pointing out the controls; some guidance on their purpose and function would have been helpful.
Absolutely love this tens unit! It’s made well. It’s easy to understand and it works! It has so many wonderful levels and I love it…..it works!
