TENS 7000 Menstrual Pain Relief TENS Unit Replacement Pads

I feel like I was scammed. I have endometriosis & I timed my order of this unit so that it could provide relief for my cycle. I had used a 20% off discount & bought it with birthday money. However, a week went by & I still did not receive any shipping notification or tracking updates. I emailed customer service & was given some vague reasons why there are shipping delays (as if should know what their “Compass integration” is & as if that solves things). I was told my order would be shipped “in a few weeks”. So…2 weeks? 4 weeks? 7 weeks? I emailed back & forth trying to find out when I could get a shipping update, if I could get more specifics, & if I could get a partial refund to compensate for this trouble that is not my fault. Meanwhile due to the delay I had to go through another cycle of agony without the relief I had been planning on. I was told that I could cancel my order & reorder it (full price) on Amazon…yet Amazon doesn’t carry this specific unit. All the emails I received from customer service (including the supervisor) were unprofessional, sounding more like an apathetic teenager texting their mom than a respectful & helpful customer service rep. After 10 emails, I was told that they cannot offer any specific dates for the shipping & they cannot give a common courtesy partial refund. The only thing they offered was 20% off a future purchase - after completely breaking my trust as a customer. No, I will not be purchasing from this company again. It’s now been 13 days since I ordered & there’s still no clear shipping update. I hope the product in the end is worth all this grief…If I ever get it.

Pleasantly surprised with the abdominal pain relief. Although I am past the age of having menstrual cycles, I do suffer with surgical scar tissue pain. Although it was not recommended, I decided it was worth the experiment. I had a hysterectomy then later bladder surgery that via the abdomen. I've been dealing with pain for about 10 years.
This has made a HUGE difference in my pain.
At first I used every day upon waking then again in the evening after coming in from working in the garden. For a few weeks this was my resolve. I could go to sleep without pain and no longer need a heat pack. I now use it a couple times a week, more so if I am doing a lot of lifting and pulling things about, or if I twist causing a spasm.

Benefits: The warmth helps calm the area. Not too much, just enough. The therapy, which I can control of how much is best. I turn up to where I can handle the intensity, yet if I go up one too far, I can easily reduce it.
The 20 min cycle is sufficient. Although it feels great, I don't find it necessary to restart it. Although, the first few days, I did use it a 2nd time, after giving it an hour for my body to rest.
This has reduced my bladder spasms as well.
Also, if I need to move, I'm not hooked up to wires, as it stays in place

The only negative I have for this unit is that the pads are a bit sticky. When they first arrived, and I ordered more so that I don't run out without the opportunity to order more. I called customer service who were new to this product, yet they guided me in how to remove the 2nd side of the adhesive cover. I leave them in place until the part that I use against my skin no longer adheres. I do wish it was similar to my other Ten unit pads, but I don't think those would stay in place, more so if I am walking about.

A product meant for cramping, is being used (although not recommended by the company) for scar tissue relief and reduction for bladder spasms.

Great product for my partner's menstrual pain, very comfortable to wear and easy to use with lots of intensity settings. Only problem is that it shuts off after 20 min and you have to turn it back on and there is no way to override this. We ended up buying a second unit so she can have continuous pain relief. I wish they would fix this!

I just discovered it is crazy hard getting the clear gooey gel off of the blue plastic cover. It does not work the same as my regular TENS 7000 device’s pads and makes it very hard because the stickiness does not easily leave the protective blue plastic without the sticky super thin pad a useless ball…CRAZY AND I don’t like being pressured to give a review. While you say I purchased 17 days ago my daughter’s cycle just came on Sept 2, 2025 so that’s when I start trying to use it! Also, this should have had a 1-2 hour cycle It seemed to last for only 20 minutes 😡
