I’ve typically experienced this type of therapy for short amounts of time at a physical therapy sessions. Using it for 45 minutes to an hour, makes all the difference. I’m very impressed at the relief It’s given me from the pain I’ve experienced in my lower back. Highly recommended.
a coworker recommended this product to me a few months ago and i added it to my amazon cart & saved it for later. forgot all about it until yesterday. i woke up with the worst sciatic pain. i have a history of herniated discs resulting in chronic low back pain & sciatic pain. usually i can stretch it out & do gentle movements and will be ok. this time around it was so bad, i was having trouble standing upright. i could only walk while hunched over. sitting on the toilet was 10xs worse! out of desperation i was asking chat got to recommend some other alternatives to help me so i can return to work tomorrow and it mentioned a tens unit among other things.
i remembered it was in my amazon saved for later list and ordered it early in the morning around 630am and it arrived by 11am. this tens unit has provided so much relief! i dont know how i never thought of buying one sooner knowing i suffer from chronic low back pain. this along with gentle stretching and my prescription NSAIDs, has made me go from a 8.5 level of pain down to a 3/10.
thank you for making this awesome product! i highly recommend it! i like that it is portable. comes with a belt clip for ease to attach to your waistband or belt, came with a battery and easy to read instructions. the intensity, type of massage and time of use are all adjustable. perfect for finding what is most comfortable for your needs. not a one setting fits all. price point is affordable and worth every penny. i do like you can buy additional electrodes with a case and can come with extra cords and a battery!
the unit itself came in a small black carrying case with simple locks to keep it secure. great for travel. i like the case came with foam inside that has cut outs to hold the unit securely in place too.
Absolutely love my Tens 7000. As soon as I received it I put it in my leg that was throbbing with pain.. It helped right away. Very pleased with my purchase
I charged it up fully as the manual says. I followed the easy to understand directions. My right shoulder is where the pain was and they show you exactly where to place the pads depending on where the pain is. I ran the program as suggested in the manual. I started low and ended up at about 75%. It ran for the 30 minutes and when I was done, the pain had been relieved.
