Managing pain is a process that takes time, execution, and trial/error to get the best treatment possible. This process transfers over to TENS therapy as well. Unlike pain medication, TENS therapy does require a bit of testing to figure out the best TENS unit settings, the ideal electrode placement, and optimal treatment time and strength for relieving pain.

Everyday Health wrote a great article on the importance of keeping track of pain. By keeping a pain diary, you're able to reveal pain triggers, changes in your condition, side effects from pain/drugs, potential changes to make, and other emotional/psychological problems that may occur. Keeping that log helps you make the right choices and adjustments to recover faster and more efficient.

This inspired us to create a treatment tracker of our own. We call it the TENS Unit Treatment Tracker. It helps you keep a log of TENS sessions to take note of the settings, treatment time, and date of your treatment. That way, you're able to keep a record of what is working and what's not. It's essential to adjust your treatments accordingly to ensure you're getting the most out of your TENS unit.

The tracker is available in excel and PDF form so you can use it electronically or print out.

It works so why the low stars?

I use this every day and it works for me. I have less migraines and the few I do get the acute setting lessens the intensity.
The reason for my low stars is that the replacement electrodes have been sold out for months. The say "Sold out" on the ordering page. I have asked questions through email and the question link on the page and gotten no replies or postings. I would like to know if they will ever be available again. If you are about to buy this product I think you should be aware of this challenge.
I have found no other electrodes that work with this.
I did have several electrodes from my initial purchase and I hadn't thrown my old ones away. I was able to use some tricks I found online of restoring electrodes by wetting the gel side and letting them sit on the backing out for the day and putting them back in the plastic sleeve. I have been able to reuse them this way and continue the migraine treatments.

My podiatris had me order Tens 7000 to assist in activating nerves in my legs, numbed by familial inheritance and Covid injections. It is working well - I am gaining more strength in my legs. The pads' set-up is easy to use and care for.
I have used the pads on my lower back pain,and I think it helps reduce my pain there after chores that stress my lower back.

Highly Effective Pain Relief

After my wife seriously injured herself and sought phisotherpy it was suggested that she start a Tens routine and it has help her alot. The clinic was good enough to show her the proper placement of the pads and how to operate the device.
