It works!

I strained my neck due to backwards fall, hitting my head. I used to be a massage therapist working in a chiropractic clinic and we used ems combined with hot packs and massage so I know how it should work. It works very well on myself.

Need more info

I’m not sure how effective this therapy is because I don’t know what settings to use. My ortho advised me to get this machine, assuming I would know what settings to use. Also, the pads are not sticky enough and would not stay on from the first use unless I laid perfectly still. I am now using Sensitive medical tape to make them stick. How many times should they be used before replacing?
