It helps with sciatica pain. My PT is the one that recommended it. I used one in PT and this is the one they suggest.
The instructions are useless. Maybe the Tens 7000 is a good unit if one could had better instructions.
These pads are excellent and completely support all the wonderful treatment I receive from TENS 7000.
The unit itself is a powerhouse. Lots of features and is packaged well.
However the sticky pads barely lasted a couple weeks before losing significant staying power. And of course the cost to buy new ones is quite high.
So not sure how worth the purchase was after this failing.
I have been using different TENS models since I started doing phisiotherapy a year ago. It has worked so well that I decided to buy my own and use it at home whenever I need to. It truly relieves pain and leaves a sense of relaxation and well being.
